HOW TO RETURN: Purchases made via this website, J. Lee Boutique VIP Facebook group, CommentSold, or app must be mailed back to us within 3 days of receiving. (128 Holiday Ct, STE 101B, Franklin, TN 37067). Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Make sure to email us to let us know to be on the lookout for your return!

✱ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (if any). *No returns of worn merchandise will be accepted — unless major defect is detected with all of that style.*

✱ Items cannot be stained in any way (deodorant, makeup, etc.)

✱ “Deal of the Day” items, sale items, deals, doorbusters, markdowns, items purchased with a coupon code, jewelry, bras/bralettes, grab bags, accessories, handbags, preorders, & custom orders are FINAL SALE.

✱ Items returned outside of our 7 day return policy or items returned that do not meet the above qualifications will not be accepted, and your account will not be credited. These items will not be mailed back to you and will be donated to local foster children.

✱ J. Lee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to the incorrect address (if sent to matching address listed at checkout). Once the package is shipped & out of our hands, any issues with delivery must be handled through the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) by filing a claim.

✱ Once your return is received we will process a credit to your account within 3 business days. 

Any defective or damaged items must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving for a store credit. No worn items qualify for returns.
