HOW TO RETURN: Purchases made via this website, J. Lee Boutique VIP Facebook group, or app must be mailed back to us within 3 days of receiving. Please send an email to to obtain shipping address. Addresses are different based on whether an item was dropshipped etc! Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. *Store credit only*

— Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (if any). No returns of worn merchandise will be accepted. 

— Items cannot be stained in any way (deodorant, makeup, etc.)

— Sale items, deals, doorbusters, markdowns, items purchased with a coupon code, swimwear, jewelry, bras/bralettes, grab bags, accessories, handbags, preorders, graphic tees, & custom orders are FINAL SALE.

— Items returned outside of our 3 day return policy or items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

— J. Lee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to the incorrect address (if sent to matching address listed at checkout). Once the package is shipped & out of our hands, any issues with delivery must be handled through the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) by filing a claim.

— Once received we will process a store credit to your account within 3 business days. 

Any defective or damaged items must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving for a store credit.
