HOW TO RETURN: Purchases made via this website, J. Lee Boutique VIP Facebook group, or app must be mailed back to us within 3 days of receiving. Please send an email to contact@jleeboutique.com to obtain shipping address. Addresses are different based on whether an item was dropshipped etc! Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. *Store credit only*

— Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (if any). No returns of worn merchandise will be accepted. 

— Items cannot be stained in any way (deodorant, makeup, etc.)

— Sale items, deals, doorbusters, markdowns, items purchased with a coupon code, swimwear, jewelry, bras/bralettes, grab bags, accessories, handbags, preorders, graphic tees, & custom orders are FINAL SALE.

— Items returned outside of our 3 day return policy or items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

— J. Lee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages shipped to the incorrect address (if sent to matching address listed at checkout). Once the package is shipped & out of our hands, any issues with delivery must be handled through the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) by filing a claim.

— Once received we will process a store credit to your account within 3 business days. 

Any defective or damaged items must be reported via email within 3 days of receiving for a store credit.
